Com Express Carrier Card
The IM2441 is IMS’s Type 6 COM Express carrier cards employ many key features that are critical for successful use in the rugged environments of defense / industrial applications. This flexible solution provides users the freedom to select a CPU that best meets their application requirements and extend their signal processing capabilities with Different available I/O Interfaces. The IM2441 is an evaluation and development platform that can be used together with any type of Rugged COM Express® module. The IM2441 provides physical interfaces and connectors for nearly all current serial standard I/Os, which can be routed from the COM Express® connectors to the carrier board. These carrier cards are ready for conduction cooling. Developers can install a CPU, carrier and expansion boards into a completely sealed enclosure. iMicro System has developed a heat dissipation approach that meets the cooling needs of all three components including Power Supply. Another vital feature is the built in DC/DC power supply. The carrier card operates from a single external 18–36V DC power source. All internal supply voltages are derived from this single external DC power source and built onto the carrier card

Video Pattern Generator
he Video Pattern Generator card (VPG) is video test equipment, used for emulating desired test patterns for testing functionality and evaluating performance various video processing systems. This VPG has been specifically designed in order to meet the functional and mechanical specifications of the Link Test Simulator (LTS) System designed by Aeronautical Development Establishment. The VPG card provides one input video channel for external video data coming from any PALB supporting video source. It provides two video output channels for any PAL-B supporting video sink. The output video can be selected from either the input video channel or the NAND flash memory. The NAND flash memory is used to store the desired video sequences and is programmable using the graphical user interface over the USB interface.

Mini Video Tracker
Video Tracker is used to maintaining stable line of sight between aircraft and object, irrespective of relative motion among them. It accepts CCIR standard input video and generate output video annotated with input video. It finds the frame to frame displacement and generates analog error (x-y, two dimensional errors) to servo controller of for correction. In this development the challenge was to reduce the size of the PCB to the best possible. Hence the new product is referred as Mini Video Tracker (MVT). In this design the MVT is based on TMS320F28335 DSP and SPARTAN 3AN FPGA from XILINX. The block diagram of the module is as shown below.

Embedded Application Board
This system is based on TMS320F28335, Digital Signal Controller, from TI. There are two modules in this system. One is DSC (Digital Signal Controller) Module with TMS320F28335, ADC, DAC, Buffers and Bus Expansion Connectors. The Other module is called Carrier Module with Stepper Motor Drivers – 4 channels, CAN Transceivers, LVDS Transceivers, RS422 Receivers for Encoder Interface, Keypad Interface, PWM I/Os, RS323 Transceivers and TEC (Thermo Electric Cooler) Driver. The DSC Module plugged into Carrier board to get a platform for different application like Stepper Motor control application, BLDC Moto Control Application, Laser Diode Driver and additionally this board provides 5-Serial channels with RS232 Transceivers. The Below Block Diagrams shows different interfaces available with the system.

Test Platform For Radio Controlled (RC) Aircraft
FPGA Based Reprogrammable Test platform is a Test platform for Radio Controlled (RC) aircraft or Radio Controlled (RC) Plane. The typical system consists of a Flying Machine with a Radio Transceiver, which is controlled remotely by an operator on the ground using a handheld Radio Transceiver. The flying machine receives commands from the ground controlled radio and controls servo mechanism. Typically the Servo mechanism comprises of an Electronic speed controller (ESC), BLDC motors and propellers. Typically the ground operator controls the direction and flight of aircraft using joysticks interfaced with Handheld Radio Transceiver.
